Currently Reading: February 26th, 2014

My new name that I realized that February now controls is  ‘slacker’. I feel this title is fitting for me this month. I’ve started New Moon: The Official Illustrated Movie Companion by Mark Cotta Vaz, Prodigy by Marie Lu, Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Sáenz, and The Geeks Guide to Dating by Eric Smith. If all these books do have one thing in common, it would have to be the books I’ve started and have not and will have no clue when and if they will ever get finished.

New Moon: The Official Illustrated Movie Companion by Mark Cotta Vaz: I feel like this book will eventually will be completed sometime this year as I casually read it in my free time when I can’t think of anything else to do.

Prodigy by Marie Lu: I began to really enjoy this book in the beginning, but the more and more I started reading the less I felt attracted to the book. I felt as if I was reading Insurgent by Veronica Roth, and June was acting just like Tris, which annoyed me tremendously.

Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Sáenz: I have no clue when I will finish this or if I ever since I’m currently borrowing it from my local library.

The Geeks Guide to Dating by Eric Smith: AHH! This book is a must read/finish asap! I find this book charming, cute, and just had a ton of references to everything geeky.

And if that’s not enough books started and not completed, well then here’s another book to add to the list. Today I also started Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen as part as a read-a-long on youtube and for my Contemporary Literature class for school. On the positive side I will finish this book in the month of March.
